About This Project

This development of 18 No affordable dwellings for Trevallis Housing Association on the former Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg, Tonyrefail. This site hosted many constraints including huge topographical issues and retaining as many of the existing retaining walls as possible. The external facades include features and materials from the existing stone school and key features, such as the bell tower used as public art within the public open spaces.
