Somerton House, Llantarnam

This development is the first of its kind for Torfaen CBC providing care for a mixed use tenure including autistic, disabled, learning difficulties and over 55s with each flat being individually designed to suit the needs of the intended tenant.
A brownfield site close to a conservation area , making use of the former Somerton House Hotel.
A pilot scheme for an integrated sprinkler system funded by the Welsh Government and nominated for Gold Star RNIB award.
