Four Seasons, Swansea

Site comprises 41No Affordable units for Pobl HA. Built on the former Four Season club in Swansea, this site has various constraints, including existing mine shafts, which had to be considered with the overall site plan.

The vernacular design based on the traditional design of 1930’s housing, also considered as a heritage look.
