About This Project

Built and designed on the former Penygraig junior school, Penygraig which consisted of 100% affordable homes for Trevallis Housing Association. The proposed layout utilised the existing large retaining wall and also incorporated the use of natural stone taken from the existing school. The bell tower was retained for use as public art within the street scene.
