About This Project

Built on the former Blenheim Junior school in Cwbran, this development had many constraints including the adjacent SYNC, public footpath and the proximity of the new super school opposite. The design incorporated a mixture of houses and flats for Melin Homes incorporating a contemporary design to match the new school facade.
