About This Project

Built on the site of a former public house in the historic and conservation part of Newport, this development required extensive attention to detail to ensure approval from the local Authority. The site being of an akward irregular shape produced 13No affordable flats for Pobl Housing association. The rear courtyard, whilst not the largest of spaces, provided the perfect setting for tranquility and peacefulness.
